Meeting practical needs in our community and beyond.

Jesus, who said that he is the light of the world, also described us, his friends and followers, as the light of the world. He goes on to tell us to let our light shine so that people will see our good works and glorify God. In another place in the Bible, Paul writes in Ephesians 2:10,

"For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.

Jesus talked a lot about His love for those who are poor, hurting, broken and forgotten. Because New Hope exists to help all people become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ, we choose to serve and love others simply because God loves them. Hope for Help is the umbrella ministry that includes both local and global outreach.

We are about impacting the lives of people who walk onto our campus, but we’re also fully committed to impacting the communities around us. Part of helping other people on their life-changing journey to follow Jesus Christ is serving their physical needs. Here’s your chance to have a real impact in the lives of real people.

Around the world many things are broken. As followers of Christ, it is one of our tasks to share the love God has for us with words and with our actions. We know that the needs in this world can, at times, be overwhelming.

However, we must not let this sense of being overwhelmed drive us to despair. Rather it must drive us to engage.
