With national elections coming, we need to understand the principals of good citizenship from God’s perspective

This has been an election year unlike any other in recent memory. While some of us are steadfast in our support of one candidate or another, many of us have thrown our hands in the air in frustration. Jesus said His followers are “the light of the world”. Unfortunately, and especially during election cycles, Christians are caricatured as generating a lot of heat rather than light. We are viewed as the most powerful country in the world, and all eyes are watching us now. This short series reminds us of our loyalty to Christ and how that should influence our involvement in the political process.
